Silicon Calcium Description
Silicon calcium and manganese deoxidation, desulfurization and removal of inclusions, and low melting point, fast melting rate, good fluidity, can effectively shorten the refining time and reduce the refining power consumption. Calcium Silicon Barium Function
(1) The calcium silicon barium alloy is efficient and new type of composite alloy, it is steelmaking deoxidizer, desulfurization agent, and the effect of dephosphorization: is the nucleating agent and modifier in casting.
(2) Barium in steelmaking temperature range to effectively reduce the vapor pressure of calcium, increase calcium solubility in the liquid steel.
