Applicable to screw-type terminals, screwless terminals, and electrical connectors.
Application:
Used to evaluate whether screw-type and screwless terminals can endure the mechanical stress encountered during normal operation. It primarily assesses whether the design and structure of clamping-type terminal blocks prevent excessive damage to the wire during connection.
Test Principle:
The device utilizes a rail-guided screw mechanism. Test cycles can be preset before operation. Once the preset number is reached, the system automatically halts and triggers an audible alarm to indicate completion.
