Product Overview
This pull force and torque testing apparatus is designed for evaluating vehicle plugs, socket-outlets, and connectors to ensure they can endure the required mechanical stresses of pulling force and torsional load.
The equipment is developed and manufactured in full compliance with IEC 62196-1:2022 clause 25.3, Figure 17 and Table 11, as well as IEC 60309-1:2012 clause 23.3, among other relevant standards.
The pulling function is performed by a single-phase variable-speed motor that operates an eccentric mechanism, with adjustable motor speed to guarantee precise timing for each applied pull force. Torque is generated by an air cylinder that releases a calibrated torque weight, ensuring consistent and accurate torque measurement.
