Testing Process Overview
Stage 1: Preheating
Ignite gasoline at least 3m from test object, 60-second warm-up period before positioning oil pan
Stage 2: Direct Combustion
Test subjects directly exposed to flame for 70 seconds
Stage 3: Indirect Combustion
Refractory baffle placed over oil pan for 60 seconds, or continued direct exposure by agreement
Stage 4: Post-Test Observation
Remove gasoline plate or sample and observe for 2 hours or until surface temperature drops below 45℃
