System Structure
Complete testing system includes drip mechanism, electrical control cabinet, and turntable. Features wall-mounted bracket with anti-drop function and motorized automatic lifting. Turntable rotates at 1r/min for IPX1 testing and tilts 15° for IPX2 testing. Equipped with water filter cleaning device to prevent pinhole blockage.
Application Purpose
Verifies protective performance of enclosures for electronic and electrical products, automotive components, household appliances, seals, and lighting fixtures against water dripping at IPX1 and IPX2 protection levels.
Operating Principle
Controls water supply flow to achieve standard-required dripping speed. Produces uniform water droplet distribution across the entire enclosure surface area.
