Testing Purpose
This high-altitude low-pressure test chamber simulates storage conditions according to UL, EN, and IEC standards. It rapidly achieves low-pressure states, automatically controls test cycles, monitors pressure changes, and enables automatic test termination.
Test Procedure: Simulates battery and battery pack storage for 6 hours at pressures ≤11.6kPa and ambient temperatures of (20±5)°C. Pass criteria include no leakage, no exhaust, no disassembly, no rupture, no fire, and post-test open circuit voltage ≥90% of pre-test voltage.
