Transformer foil winding machine BRJ600-2 is a professional winder equipment. The transformer foil winding machine is mainly used to wind copper foil or aluminium foil. The transformer foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with photoelectric sensors, which can correct the position of foil to guarantee the foil edge neat when winding. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with a TIG welding unit for welding foil and bus bar together. With HMI and control system based on PLC, the transformer foil winding machine can be operated easily and intuitively.
