Horizontal 2.5MPA multi-core automatic backwash water filter for sewage and wastewater

Introduction:
The liquid flows into the filter from the inlet, then flows through the inner surface of the filter screen, and flows out from the outlet. Impurities are trapped on the inner surface of the filter screen, and the filter cake slowly accumulates, causing the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet to gradually increase. The flux of the filter becomes low.
When the preset pressure drop or time is reached, the self-cleaning program is triggered. The gear motor drives the backwash rotating arm to align with the filter screen. The upper end of the screen is sealed, and the lower end is connected with a cleaning nozzle. Then the purge valve is opened and the screen and drain pipe are connected. The pressure difference between the filters and the outer outlet of the filter element makes the filtrate backwash the filter screen, the filter cake falls off and blows down into the sewage pipe.
