The electric brush filter is a fully automatic self-cleaning filter. A set of brushes is installed in the filter screen. The brushes are driven by the motor to rotate, and the equipment starts to clean. When cleaning, the signal from the differential pressure switch is sent to the control panel, and the control panel opens the drain valve and starts the motor at the same time, driving the brush to rotate to remove the dirt and impurities. Under the action of hydraulic power, the filter is discharged through the drain valve, and there is no need to stop the flow for cleaning.

Working principle

The range when the pressure difference between the water inlet and outlet reaches the set value. The control system rotates the stainless steel brush and the dirt is brushed to the bottom. The bottom drain valve is opened and the dirt is discharged. The grab command can also be executed according to the set time period.
