Control mode: automatic control mode, manual control mode
Automatic control: two modes: timing control and differential pressure.
1. Select the time control on the filter touch screen, and select the appropriate time according to the water quality; when the filter time reaches the set time, the filter starts the self-cleaning program; the equipment is self-cleaned; after the cleaning is completed, the system returns to the initial state , Ready for the next filtration process
2. Differential pressure mode control: The control system compares the system pressure differential with the pressure differential set by the user in real time. When the system pressure differential reaches the set pressure differential, the filter starts the self-cleaning program; the equipment is self-cleaned and the cleaning is completed After; the system returns to the initial state, ready for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Turn the manual/auto selector switch on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter will drain. Users can choose two control modes according to their needs. See the operation section below for specific operations.

Working principle

The liquid enters the body filter through the inlet to filter, the liquid is filtered by the filter element, the impurities in the liquid are deposited on the stainless steel filter screen, when the inlet pressure and outlet pressure reach the set value; the system automatically starts the self-cleaning program; the sensor sends the information It is sent to the power distribution system, and the power distribution system receives the pressure signal to trigger: the electric motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element; at the same time, the sewage valve opens to discharge the sewage; the cleaning time is 10-60 seconds (settable) seconds, and the valve closes when the cleaning ends; The motor stops running; the system returns to the initial state; it begins to enter the next filtration process.
