surge protective device(SPD) is designed according to IEC61643 standard. It is accordance with the criterion of Low-voltage Surge Protective Devices-Part 1: Surge Protective Devices Performance Requirements and Test Method of Low-voltage Power Distribution System. With good sealing, it is designed as module and 35mm din-rail mounting. With working indication window, temperature control circuit breaker and built-in over-current protective circuit, this SPD can release automatically to avoid fire danger when it breaks down. With remote alarm connector, it is convenient for remote monitoring. The main module and the base are replaceable. The lightning protection modes is L-PE, N-PE (2P/4P) or L-N-PE (1+1P) / (3+1P).

These devices protect low-voltage consumer systems from overvoltages of all types and are available in single-pole to four-pole versions. The use of high-performance varistors permits a rapid response time and a low protection level, without any line follow current. Installation

1.Do power off when connect surge protection device to system.

2.Ground wire should be as short, straight and thick as possible to reduce the influence of distributed inductance on lightning discharge.

3.No need special maintenance. When surge protector happens fault,equipment connected to remote signal will send alarm, then power off and change new surge protector module is fine.
