Drying Rate Tester-Heated Plate Method,a fully automated testing machine, is based on the requirement of US AATCC201 testing standard, specially developed an automatic fabric drying rate tester.

- RF4008HP is a highly intelligent and fully automated equipment.

- It equipped with high precision components, with optimized mechanical design, ensures the measurement accuracy.

  a) Precision air flow sensor controls the air speed accurately.

  b) The air flow funnel designed based on the Fluid Dynamics Theory, ensures the air flow evenly across the width of the heated plate.

  c) High precision hot-wire anemometer, IR thermocouple, PT100 temperature sensor, simulates human body temperature, monitoring the surface temperature of the specimens.

  d) Precision water dripping system provide accurate water amount to the fabrics.

  e) Together with PC software, automatically finishes a series of jobs, such as the dry time and dry rate tests, and data analysis.

  f) Data transfer from the main machine to PC through USB cable. Data and curves can be saved and printed by the operators easily.

  g) Air speed ranges from 0.5m/sec to 3.0m/s and water drop amount ranges from 0.05ml to 4.5ml. Our RF4008HP does not only meet the requirements of AATCC201, but for all fabrics designers.
