Product Instruction

Dimensional Stability Tester is used to determine the dimension change of fabrics after washing, steaming or hot pressing. It also can be used to mark the measurement points on the fabrics automatically.

- Combines the digital image analysis and electric automation technology,so as to make it automated.

  a) Automatic marking device makes marking points according the specified testing standard selected from the PC software.

  b) Marking pen rotates when doing marking action helping the marking ink penetrate into the fabric, thus to prevent the marking point from distinguishing after being washed.

  c) Precision industry camera, taking picture of the specimen, measure the distances between the marking points.

  d) Automatic calculate the dimensional changes of the specimens after washing, steaming or ironing, also calculate the dimensional change rates.

- PC software has collected all the existing test standards or methods.
