YD Series Air Dryers are the wonderful substitute for air filter in pneumatic system. If a filter in the system is difficult to ensure the reliable operation of the system, take YD Series Air Dryer into account.
For small compress air system, less than 400L/min air flow rate, big air dryer and not suitable and economic. And for most of small pneumatic devices, they need low cost and just enough dry air.
YD series miniature dryer meet these requirements. Different from the main line dryer that usually mounted after the air compressor, YD series miniature air dryers are designed for the pneumatic equipment of terminal of air line.
Compact and lightweight design, requires less space.Even smaller than a shoes box.
They have two methods to drain CONDENSATE.
1.solenoid valve, controlled by Electronic Timer that built in the dryer. The time of discharge condensate is fixed in 5 seconds. Interval of discharge is adjustable from 1 to 10 minutes.
2.Float drain Without noise and pressure fluctuation while discharge. This is a pneumatic air filter with built in float drain.
