Properties:
Tripotassium phosphate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula K3PO4, white powder, easy to absorb moisture, relative density 2.564 (17 ℃), melting point 1340 ℃. Soluble in water, alkaline reaction. Insoluble in ethanol. Used as soft water agent, fertilizer, liquid soap, food additive, etc.
Applications:
Tripotassium phosphate is used in the food industry as an emulsifier, potassium fortifier, alkaline water for pasta products, acidity regulator, binder for meat products, buffering agent, antioxidant synergist, chelating agent.
Used in the manufacture of liquid soap, refined gasoline, high quality paper, metal surface treatment, biological hydration treatment, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. It can also be used as boiler water softener, high-efficiency liquid compound fertilizer and auxiliary for recovering sulfur from acid gas in the production of synthetic rubber.
