Q: What is the leading time of production?

A: Normally it need about 7-20 working days after receiving deposit. However, it also depends on the order quantity, the time of design confirm, and the workshop production schedule. Usually at the end of year, workshop is always very busy and leading time may be longer than normal time. So, it’s better to customers to confirm the order as early as possible at Oct, Nov, or Dec each year.

Q:Do you have any Warranty for your products? How can I do in case it get damaged?
A:The Warranty is 2 years. All of our products are strictly tested by pressure testing machine before packing and shipping. If it damaged by your side, you can use repair kit .

Q: How do i make payment if i place an order?

A: There are many ways for option, T/T, Paypal, Western Union, credit card, debit card etc all can be used; if the order amount is big, L/C is also workable.
