【Instructions for use】:

4. Place the fluorinated foam tray in the mouth and bite on it for 1-2 minutes, tilting the head slightly forward to allow saliva to flow out.

5. Take out the fluoride foam to hold the dental tray, spit out the residual foam in the mouth, and do not rinse your mouth at this time.

6. To ensure the effect, do not eat or drink within 30 minutes after use.
