The Whole Line Grain Drying Process

• After the grain is loaded to the feeding hole, it is transported to the cleaning machine by the bucket elevator.
• Then grains cleaned without impurities will be transported to the scraper conveyor by the elevator, and sent to the dryer units.
• Start the husk furnace when the drying units are full of grains, and the hot air enters the drying layer for recirculating drying.
• After grains are dried, they are transported to the dried silo by belt conveyors and elevators for safe storage.
• Dust and impurities generated during the drying process are collected by the dust removal system.
