The-whole machine consists of the material rack part, the upper nose line part, ultrasonic edge banding 1 , spray letter and LOGO two sets, automatic sponge nose foam sticking, edge folding,primary trimming, ultrasonic edge banding 2,head band installation, secondary trimming, finished product blanking, Non-material product detection, automatic packaging,servo motor, ultrasonic welding technology tocomplete production.
