Descriptions:
This machine is a fully automatic cup mask production line (model such as N95 cup mask). The equipment is manually loaded, through the hot melt nose bar, reinforced nose bar, pad printing, welding ear loop, punching breathe valve holes, welding valves, and grabbing The finished product, the final finished mask output.
Basic requirements

2. The main structure of machine
1. Machine configuration: cup-shaped mask cup mold, aluminum nose bar 5mmX1.5mm, ear strap 5mm
2. By putting the mask manually, it senses that the light switch drives the material tray to close the claws and move one station to count;
3. Continue to the next station to take the nose bar and heat the nose bar to move.
4. Continue to the next station to complete the reinforced nose line action.
5. Continue to the next station to complete pad printing.
6. Continue to the next station to complete the welding of the left ear band (loop)
7. Continue to the next station to finish welding the right ear band (loop)
8. Continue to the next station to complete the punching action
9. Continue to the next station to complete the welding valve hole action
10. After the next station completes the claw opening of the material tray, the manipulator calls the finished mask to the conveyor belt
11. Manually press 5 piles on the conveyor (the number of pile-up is set by the touch screen)
12. Control system: The equipment includes PLC control system and touch screen operating system.

The specifications and dimensions of the production masks shall be provided by buyer. Supplier is responsible for making semi-finished cup mold mask molds and ultrasonic welding head patterns (ear straps), punching hole sizes, ultrasonic welding head patterns (welding valves), etc. according to the drawings.
