1.The working principle of the equipment: automatic conveying of raw materials - heating embossing -stamping and cutting pieces arranging and discharging winding of waste materials, which is fully automatic.

2.The equipment is equipped with one set of steel roller heating embossing device, which can adjust embossing when embossing is needed, and can lift the embossing roller when embossing is not needed to achieve the purpose of not embossing. (The pattern can be customized according to customer requirements)

3.The equipment is equipped with a complete set of round cutter forming dies, and the materials are all made of imported high-quality special steel. Four sets of round cutters are arranged in a reasonable dislocation mode, which minimizes the loss of raw materials, reduces the relative product cost and improves the product efficiency.
