The equipment is an automatic willow-shaped mask machine, which can produce willow-shaped mask products suitable for Korean KF94 masks. The entire machine is highly automated from chipping to earband welding, simple and convenient operation, small size, which is conducive to site planning; this machine is mature, stable, reliable, and has a very low failure rate.

The whole machine is composed of the material frame part, the upper nose line part, the shape welding part, the folding forming, the shape cutter part, the turning part, the material dividing part, the ear strap part and the collecting part. The servo motor and ultrasonic welding technology are used to complete the production .

1. Material frame part: air expansion shaft, magnetic powder brake and controller to ensure that the material tension is moderate and will not wrinkle;

2. Install the nose line part: cylinder + ultrasonic welding to fix the nose line of the required length to the material.

3. Shape welding part: mold + ultrasonic wave, to perform texture welding;

4. Fold the fabric to form;

5. The shape of the cutter part: custom-made cutter, roll-cutting, at this time the mask is initially formed;

6. Flip part: turn the mask over to prepare for the installation of ear straps;

7. Partitioning: rational allocation of raw materials to maximize production capacity;

8. Install the ear strap part: a special rotating disk for the mask machine industry, with ultrasonic, spot welding the ear strap line to the semi- finished mask, at this time the mask is formed;

9. Collection part: Take the mask out with a belt and collect the product.

1. Installation & Commissioning

According to the virus situation for all over the world, in order to guarantee the safety of engineers and the customers, we mainly send the installation video to guide customer to do the installation.

Since we have finished commissioning before loading and we have finished some projects already, so usually customer need short time to do the installation with the video guidance.

If buyers need to do the installation and maintenance in the destination country, as long as we could get the visa between two

countries, we could arrange engineers. For the cost, we could discuss later.

1 year warranty for accessories of the machine,except destroy by people on purpose.

3. follow-up service

After the completion of the project, we will continue to provide services to help customers purchase raw materials and accessories. If there is any problem in the production, we will give customers a satisfactory answer within 24 hours. If necessary, we will arrange engineers to help customers solve the problem on site.
