Intended Use
To be used for blood cell counting, sizing, and WBC differentiation, hemoglobin determination on Diatron ABACUS, ABACUS JUNIOR, ABACUS4 hematology analyzers. This product is for In Vitro Diagnostic Use only.

Procedures
- Remove all the reagent aspiration tubes from the currently used reagent boxes.
- Wipe the tube’s surface with a lent free tissue, and then rinse with distilled water.
- Put all the inlet tubes into the boxes and/or bottles of Labnovation reagents.
- Run at least 50 backgrounds. Check for the acceptable values. At first high background counts can be seen, that should lower to normal after a few runs.
- Recalibrate the unit if necessary.

Storage
- Store the product at 5-35℃ in a dust free place with good ventilation. Temperature outside the range may damage the product.
- The open vial life of the product is 30 or 60 days (according to the table above). Unused reagents should be discarded after period of validity. Do not mix residual with a new carton.

- Re-calibration is recommended when changing the origin of the reagents.
- It is not recommended using different brands of solutions together on one unit of analyzer.
- Do not ingest. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Skin contact: Flush with plenty of water.
- Eyes contact: Flush with plenty of water. Obtain immediate medical attention.
- This kit is for professionals and in vitro diagnostic use only.
