Principle
HbA1c Analyzer uses the (borate affinity) fluorescent immunoturbidimetry. Push a mixture containing a fluorescent borate conjugate into an integrated test cup and mix to dissolve sufficiently.
Purpose
HbA1c Analyzer is used for the quantitative detection of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in venous blood in EDTA test tubes based on the principle of boronic acid affinity fluorescence quenching.
