HPLC Methodology
 

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), to separate HbA1c directly with measuring the absorbance points continually to form chromatogram. Using normal distribution curve fitting auto-iterative algorithm to get precise HbAlc testing result, excluding interference of variant and unstable hemoglobin like HbF. Standard Analysis Mode will report HbA1a, HbA1b, HbF, HbA1c, P3, HbA0 peak areas and ratio. And the result also includes IFCC, NGSP and eAG value for diverse client needs.
 

 

Reagents and Consumables

The analyzer is recommended to be used in conjunction with the Glycosylated Hemoglobin Test Reagent Kit (high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC method)) produced by our company, which includes the following components:
 

600T: Eluent A/Eluent B/
Eluent C(Variant Mode

Adjusts the pH of the solution for the elution of glycosylated hemoglobin and non glycated hemoglobin.
600T: Hemolysis Reagent Used to dissolve red blood cells and release hemoglobin.
3000T: Chromatography Column Used for separation and elution of glycosylated hemoglobin and non glycated.
600T: Hemoglobin Filter Used to initially filter the sample after hemolysis.
12Pcs: Paper Rolls Prints a report of the test results.
