This rapid test kit is intended for the qualitative detection of Monkeypox antigen in human skin lesion material, including swabs of lesion surface and/or exudate, roofs from more than one lesion, or lesion crusts. Swab the lesion vigorously, to ensure adequate viral DNA is collected. The kit is intended for use by trained clinical laboratory personnel and individuals trained in point of care settings.
