Inspection Principle
The system transports the samples stably and orderly to the predetermined workstation, and then transmits the captured high-pixel sample images to the image processing software through the industrial camera. After comparing with the standardized samples, the defects of defective products and good products are distinguished, and the corresponding pneumatic components are controlled. Remove defective products.
The software will open sample comparison standards, and production personnel at the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and select the accuracy standard that best suits their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defective rate.

Algorithm Features
- Automatic binarization: Use deep neural network to segment the foreground and background of the image. Compared with the traditional binarization method, it can be applied to a variety of lighting conditions, and the edge segmentation is smoother, fast and robust High advantages.
- Adhesion segmentation algorithm: The method based on connected domains cannot segment the adhesion. The deep neural network is used to segment the adhesion at an instance level, which can reach a speed of 1000fps and can process the adhesion in real time.
- Attribute recognition algorithm: adopts a lightweight neural network and integrates a semi-supervised learning method. The model can be iteratively optimized only by marking a small amount of data. It has the advantages of high accuracy, fast speed, and convenient deployment.
