【Test principle】

The kit comprises a reaction buffer (R1 solution) and mouse anti human D-Dimer monoclonal antibody latex suspension(R2 solution),using latex enhanced immune turbidimetry.When there is objective existence.before the process of antigen and antibody to form immune complexes in the latex enhanced magnification produced by the action of the incident light signal changes,and on the basis of quantitative detection of D-Dimer in plasma samples.
