【Intended use】
It was used to quantitatively detect serum amyloid A (SAA) in human serum in vitro.
【Test principle】
In the reaction buffer (R1), when the latex suspension (R2) coated with serum amyloid A antibody is mixed with the sample containing SAA antigen, the antigen and antibody will form a complex by immune binding, which increases the turbidity. A transmission method based on spectrophotometric principle was used to measure the absorbance change of sample reaction, so as to quantitatively detect SAA in samples. The change of absorbance of the sample is proportional to the content of SAA antigen in the sample.
