        The product uses the 5 th generation FPGA chip and AI deep learning algorithm fusion technology. With the high-speed high-resolution industrial HD cameras, the sorting machine can reach 1.5tons each hour. Because of the adoption of 360° rotating scanning and one-key multiple configurations adjustment, we can make production accurate and easy. Generally our nuts sorting machine is with 6-20 feed lanes and we support up to 8 discharge ports /exits.

Packing&Shipping

    Due to hawthon sorting machine is very large, usually it will be module packed with large durable pallet and covered stretch film to ensure good condition during long-term ocean shipment. For other small parts, they're packed into multi-layer corrugated boxes.
All packages is aimed to protect the machine from any damaged during the complicated shipment.
