Product Introduction:
The test is designed to detect SARS-CoV-2 RNA and the mutant in the S gene of SARS-CoV-2 in specimens such as nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swabs collected from individual personnel based on clinical and/or epidemiological criteria. This kit uses real-time PCR fluorescence technology to detect the nucleic acid of patients with convection like symptoms, patients with severe pneumonia and patients with covid-19 Sample type: Oral swab, Nasal swab, and Anal swab.
Preservation and delivery of samples
The samples for detection should be stored at under the following conditions: less than 24 hours at 2-8℃, less than 1 month at -20℃, or a long time at -70℃. And repeated freezing and thawing shall be avoided (freezing and thawing shall not exceed 3 times). An ice transfer box was used for specimen transportation.
