Working principle of feed pellet mill machine:
Feed pellet mill machine is mainly composed of feeder, modulator, pelletizer, lubrication system, etc. The operating procedure requires that the mixing degree of the material and the powder does not exceed 15%. The material enters the feeding screw through the silo. The speed can be changed by adjusting the stepless speed regulation motor, so that the material can flow moderately. Then the paddle stirrer is mixed with steam to start temperature adjustment. After tempering, the temperature of the material can reach 64℃～84℃, and the humidity can reach 14%～16%. Finally, the material enters the press box through the chute for granulation.
