Semi-automatic N95 face mask blanking machine mainly uses ultrasonic melt bonding and automatic outer line bonding working principle, completing the bonding of edge line and punching cutting of cup mask.The machine has integrated the two different stages of production: cup mask edge line melting and punching cutting. On the same time of bonding, the cutting device is synchronously collaborating. The two bonding/welding and cutting mechanisms works simultaneously. Adopting PLC control system, touch-screen panel setting, simple and convenient operation, one operator is capable of operating one machine, only do the work of loading material, taking material off, which saves labor. Adopting automatic production, in the complete machinery set, all processes from raw materials feeding, nose clip strip inserting, edge line sealing to cutting are done in the automatic production line.
