A: We are the Professional Battery Factory,we Need 30day around if we don't have stock of that model.Because need strictly

    test and high temperature,high voltage life aging as well in every single Battery.That will takes a fixed date.
Q2:How to start the cooperate?
A: Lets start with the sample orders. In 5days will be ready the samples, then you test.We make the standard according the

    data sheet which we give.Once you confirm the quality, we can talk for further.
Q3: What will be the packing?
A: We are using blister pallet packing in each battery pack, and then fold all packing in one ctn.

Q4: Can the connectors or PCB be customized?
A: Yes, we can choose the right connector according your requirement.Or help to match your device.
Q5: What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 7-12 days, mass production time needs negotiation.
Q6: What information do you need to make a customized battery pack?
A: We need the details below:
① Size of the battery pack you need in mm.
② Capacity of the Battery pack.
③ Voltage of the battery pack.
④ Max discharge current.
⑤ Cable and connector types you need.
⑥ Casing and Terminals if required.
⑦ Any protection circuits you may need.

A: Most of the Batteries we sell are exported.So We have long-standing forwarder partner who arranges shipments to all over the

     world. Although batteries are categorized as dangerous goods, you should rest assured that your cargo will be delivered through

    our experienced shipping partner(s).
Q8: Do you have the documents required for battery shipments?
A: Yes, we have MSDS, UN38.3, etc. and other special files needed for shipments to some regions can also be secured.
