In order to further increase the lifetime of the tools and the cutting efficiency,the lifetime of the toolsand cutting speeds can be calculated&adjusted based on the following table:

Example: If the recommended cutting speed is V=214mm/min, the cutting speed can be calculated by the formula214×0.72=154m/min to ensure a lifetime of 45 minutes for the tool.
Note: when the feed is increased, the cutting speed should bu suitably decreased as per the recommended cutting parameters in the table.
