In order to further increase the lifetime of the tools and the cutting efficiency,the lifetime of the toolsand cutting speeds can be calculated&adjusted based on the following table:

Example: If the recommended cutting speed is V=214mm/min,the cutting speed can be calculated by the formula 214×0.72=154m/min to ensure a lifetime of 45 minutes for the tool.
Note:when the feed is increased, the cutting speed should bu suitably decreased as per the recommended cutting parameters in the table.
The correcion factor of the hardness of the workpiece(HB) and the cutting speed.
If the value of hardness of the workpiece is differs from the value of hardness in the table,then the cutting speed should be multiplied by the correction factor.
