Much larger, the cutting force is also much larger. In particular, the relative sliding speed between the shaving cutter and the pitch circle of the gear is the smallest, the cutting deformation time and the cutting force transmission time are longer, and more metal is cut, which is the reason for the concave tooth profile of the shaving tooth. At present, the best razor design method to solve this problem is the "balanced shaving" design method.
