Special welding machine designed for box column welding
1. The box girder gantry welding machine adopts the main structure of the gantry type and is driven by both sides.
2. Frequency conversion stepless speed regulation: Welding seam tracking adopts the form of mechanical guide wheel;
3. Pneumatic control is adopted for left and right operation;
4. In order to improve the welding efficiency of large welding feet, double-arc double-wire welding is adopted;
5. The wire feeder head is separated from the arc guide mechanism. Flux protection device to avoid excessive scattering of flux;
6. The workpiece can be placed in a fixed frame or a conveyor roller table to form an assembly line with other machines.

Flux recovery system of gantry welder:
The vacuum pump type recycling structure is adopted. The recycling mechanism has a simple structure and is easy to use. It automatically recovers and feeds the flux. The recycling effect is good, and the production efficiency and the utilization rate of the flux can be improved.
The flux feeding and recycling system is mainly composed of main box, vacuum pump, filter, container, conveying pipe, etc.
The control system adopts a centralized control method to control the walking of the gantry, the adjustment of the two welding heads, the start and stop of the flux recovery device, the arc welding receiving arc of the two welding power sources, and the wire feeding. The two welding heads can be welded at the same time or separately.
The welding process is carried out automatically, and there is an emergency stop button. Welding speed is controlled by frequency converter, stepless speed regulation
