Washers have a high corrosion resistance and can be reused up to 5 times.
They are available in thread sized from M3 to M42 and diameters from 7mm to 63mm and they meet the DIN25201 standard.

These l washers ensure that bolts and screws subjected to transverse loads,chattering or vibrations do not work loose.A joint is also secure at low levels of tension.If the bolt or nut tends to loosen independently in bolted joints under dynamic stress,the bolt or nut carries its positive washer with it,the sloped surfaces of which run directly up against the angled surfaces of the counter washer. In the other words,the more a bolted joint tries to loosen itself,the more securely the wedge action of the washer the attempt. |
