SS304 Oil And Gas Filtration 500Y With Wall Flow Ring Metal Structured Packing
It is a metal structured packing, which is uniformly distributed in the tower in a geometric shape. The unit height is 50-200 mm per coil, and the packing is prepared in blocks when diameter is larger than 1.5 m.
It is formed from vertical sheets of corrugated metal with the angle of the corrugation reversed in adjacent sheets to form an open structure with inclined flow channel. Its structure can not only change the distribution of liquid, but also increase the transfer efficiency.
The corrugated plate metal structured packing is often used in the separation of small diameter columns, with high flow rate, low resistance, high efficiency, low cost, strong anti-blocking ability. Due to the formation of a small stabbous structure in the formation of a small packing surface, the separation efficiency is increased, and the surface residence time is extended, and the vapor-liquid exchange is more sufficient. The structured packing surface hole is 0.4 ~ 0.5mm, which is usually made of ultra-low carbon corrosion resistant stainless steel material for petroleum industry, fine chemical, pharmaceutical equipment, etc.
