Metal Perforated Plate corrugated packing is made of perforated plate with channel corrugation on surface, and remains structure feature of metal wire gauze packing. It strengthens uniform liquid distribution and surface wetting ability, which increases mass transfer efficiency.Metal structured packing is available in a wide range of materials , include stainless steels,304,316,316 L,Carbon steel,Aluminium,copper bronze etc. Further materials available on request.
The metal perforated plate structured packing is made of a perforated plate having a grooved corrugated surface to retain the structural characteristics of the wire mesh structured packing. It consists of a series of special arrangements and metal plates to encourage contact between liquids in the chemical process tower, enhance the uniformity of liquid distribution and surface wettability, and improve gastric efficiency. The unit height of each volume is 50-200mm, and if the metal structured packing diameter is more than 1.5 m, we need to block it, for easy to install. It is reversed from the angle of the corrugated metal and the corrugated angle in the adjacent plate to form an open structure having a tilt flow path. Its structure not only changes the distribution of liquid, but also improves delivery efficiency. In recent decades, metal structured packing have been widely used in many towers in fine chemicals, fragrance industries, refining, fertilizers, petrochemical industries.

Application
