250Y Plate Corrugated With wall Flow Ring Metal Structured Packing
The structured packing is made of perforated plate with channel corrugation on surface, and remains structure feature of metal wire gauze packing. It strengthens uniform liquid distribution and surface wetting ability, which increases mass transfer efficiency.
The metal structured packing is made of a perforated plate having a grooved corrugated surface and a packing arranged and stacked in the tower in a uniform geometry. The geometric shape rules of the entire tower segment, symmetrical, uniform, and stipulate that the gas-liquid flow path is reduced, and the channel flow and the wall flow phenomenon are reduced, and the pressure drop can be very small. Under the same energy cost and pressure drop conditions, it has a greater specific surface area than the random packing, and obtains higher mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency at the same volume.
The material is included SS304, SS316, SS316L, Carbon steels, copper bronze etc.
