The PPH 250m2/m3 high pressure resistance structured packing is a kind of high-efficiency packing which is made of PPH polypropylene material. It is designed and applied for acid regeneration absorption tower, acid fog washing tower, purification tower and coking desulfurization tower in HCl regeneration unit of steel plant. The product has high-temperature resistance, good toughness, heat aging resistance and excellent mechanical strength.

PPH polypropylene has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, low temperature mechanical strength resistance, high pressure resistance and other advantages. It is suitable for acid regeneration absorption tower, acid fog washing tower and purification tower in HCl regeneration unit in steel works. In other absorption and desorption processes, also used in waste gas purification and heat transfer process, oil and water separation process in oil fields and refineries.

At present, it has been widely used in oil refining, crude oil treatment, petrochemical industry, gas purification, chemical fertilizer, environmental protection, fertilizer plant desulfurization tower, metallurgy, steel and other industries.
