PPH Material HCl Absorber Used High Capacity Plastic Structured Packing Structured Packing Distillation
PPH plastic pore plate corrugated packing for flue gas desulfurization, ionic membrane caustic soda desulfurization tower, desulfurization and denitrification tower, washing tower, absorption tower and process cooling water and chemical industry corrosion resistant medium transport, but also widely used in steel mills (pickling, acid regeneration, acid fog) and other equipment and devices.
PPH polypropylene has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, low temperature mechanical strength resistance, high pressure resistance and other advantages. It is suitable for acid regeneration absorption tower, acid fog washing tower and purification tower in HCl regeneration unit in steel works. In other absorption and desorption processes, also used in waste gas purification and heat transfer process, oil and water separation process in oil fields and refineries.
At present, it has been widely used in oil refining, crude oil treatment, petrochemical industry, gas purification, chemical fertilizer, environmental protection, fertilizer plant desulfurization tower, metallurgy, steel and other industries.

Application:
This packing is widely used in the operation of absorption and decomposing absorption units, it's especially used in the production procedure of heavy liquid loading and high operative pressure, such as hydrochloric acid (HCl) and sulphuric acid(H2SO4) production, deaerating CO2 and H2S from natural gas, drying chlorine, making ammonia liquid, waste gases purification and decomposing absorption deaeration apparatus.HCI absorbers,SO2 absorbers,Flue gas cleaning columns,Sea water deaerators.
