The 125Y pressure drop 1.8mm ceramic structured packing is composed of many packing units with the same geometry. The units of the ceramic stuctured corrugated plate packing are parallel stacked with each other. According to the different vertical inclination Angle of corrugated sheet, it can be divided into X shape and Y shape. The inclination Angle of X type is 30°, and the Y type is 45°.

Because of the structure of ceramic, has good hydrophilicity, the liquid film flow and the inclined tortuous channel of the air flow can be formed on the surface of the air flow but does not block the air flow, so that the ceramic structured packing can rival the metal structured packing, and its high temperature resistance metal structured packing can not be compared. The surface structure of ceramic corrugated structured packing has good wetting performance, which can accelerate the flow of liquid, thus reducing the chance of overheating, polymerization and coking.
