The bulk density type 250Y Ceramic structured packing is composed of many packing units with the same geometry. The units of the ceramic structured corrugated plate packing are parallel stacked with each other. According to the different vertical inclination Angle of corrugated sheet, it can be divided into X shape and Y shape. The inclination Angle of X type is 30°, and the Y type is 45°. The Arabic number in front of X and Y is the specific surface area of corrugated packing.
The 250Y structured packing diameter can be 100-800mm, also can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements. Because the performance of corrugated packing needs to meet the technological requirements of different systems and different media. Because the separation efficiency of corrugated packing is several times to more than ten times of the bulk packing, compared with the plate tower bulk packing, it has a series of advantages such as high efficiency, low pressure, not obvious amplification effect, large operation elasticity and so on.
