The 350Y ceramic corrugated structured packing consists of a number of corrugated plates of similar geometric design. Corrugated plates placed parallel in cylindrical towers are called corrugated tower packing. This is a highly efficient filler with several times the gap in the separation efficiency. Their quality compared with bulk tower packing has low pressure drop, greater operational flexibility, minimum amplification effect and maximum liquid treatment effect.
Advantages
The flux is large. The diameter of the new tower can be reduced while the capacity of the old tower can be greatly increased.
High separation efficiency. The specific surface area is much larger than that of bulk packing.
Pressure drop. Can save a lot of energy.
Operation flexibility, amplification effect is not obvious.
Suitable for various tower diameters.
Strong acid and alkali resistance, especially H2S, naphthenic acid chloride ion corrosion.

Application
Distillation of halogenated organic compounds ;
Distillation and absorption of corrosive mixtures with strict requirements on pressure drop and theoretical plate number;
Sulfuric acid absorption, nitric acid extraction and chemical fertilizer plant gas purification and a large number of natural medium in the tower;
Vacuum operation with absolute pressure from 100Pa;
Used as heat exchanger, defogger or catalyst carrier.
