The main chemical composition of ceramic structured packing of ceramic pore plate is aluminum oxide (Al2O3) and silicon dioxide (SiO2), which has chemical corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance. Product material density 2.35g/cm3, temperature resistance 1320℃, operating temperature -30-1150℃.
The disc height of corrugated ceramic plate packing is about 100-150mm. The diameter of each plate of filler is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the tower. The adjacent two plates are installed at 90° staggered and loaded from the tower section flange. When the diameter is more than 0.5 meters or the tower section has no flange structure, the packing is made into blocks, which can be loaded into the tower through the hole, and assembled into a tray of packing in the tower.
