The main chemical composition of ceramic structured packing of ceramic pore plate is aluminum oxide (Al2O3) and silicon dioxide (SiO2), which has chemical corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance. Product material density 2.35g/cm3, temperature resistance 1320℃, operating temperature -30-1150℃.
In general, type X has a lower pressure drop, while type Y has better mass transfer performance. In order to balance pressure drop and mass transfer performance, holes can be made in the plate. Because the structured filler has no obvious amplification effect, its surface roughness and material has unique anti-corrosion properties, it has a wide application prospect and obvious commercial competitive advantage in the mass transfer process of distillation, stripping, absorption and extraction in the petrochemical industry.
