The 700Y flus big structured packing in distillation and absorption, compared with Pall ring, it can generally increase the load by about 50% and increase the separation efficiency. When the flux is the same, the pressure drop of each theoretical plate is reduced by 1/3 to 1/8 when the height of the plate is about 30~50% lower. And the amplification effect is not obvious. Under suitable conditions, compared with trays, the pressure drop is significantly reduced, the flux is significantly increased, and the separation efficiency can be increased by 30~70%.
